Using bots, scripts, exploits or any form of automated play is strictly prohibited on bdkk. Collusion between players, match-fixing in cricket betting markets and any attempt to manipulate game outcomes will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bdkk support immediately. bdkk will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily locking the account while the investigation is ongoing.
bdkk accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable security precautions or has shared their credentials with a third party.
bdkk accepts deposits via bKash and Nagad — the two primary mobile financial services used across Bangladesh. All deposits are credited to your bdkk account in real time. There are no fees charged by bdkk on deposits, though your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Depositing funds from an account that does not belong to you is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
bdkk monitors all deposit activity for signs of money laundering or fraudulent behaviour. Any account suspected of being used for financial crime will be suspended immediately and reported to the appropriate authorities. All funds in such accounts will be frozen pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests on bdkk are processed to the bKash or Nagad account registered to your player profile. bdkk does not send funds to any third-party account or alternative payment method under any circumstances.
Only real-money balances that have met all applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus funds that have not completed the required wagering cycle cannot be withdrawn and will be removed from your account if a withdrawal is requested before the requirement is met.
bdkk reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a breach of these terms, or if an identity verification check is outstanding. bdkk offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a specific offer's terms and these general terms, the specific offer terms take precedence.
Wagering requirements mean you must wager the bonus amount 30 times before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in total wagers before withdrawal is permitted.
bdkk reviews bonus usage regularly. If a player's betting patterns suggest they are exploiting bonus terms — for example by placing low-risk bets solely to meet wagering requirements — bdkk reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
All games on bdkk — including Super Bingo, Lucky Piggy, Boat of Fortune and Andar Bahar — operate using a certified random number generator (RNG). Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG and cannot be predicted, influenced or manipulated by any player or third party.

In the event of a technical fault during a game — such as a disconnection or server error — bdkk will use game logs to determine the correct outcome. If a fair outcome cannot be determined, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. bdkk's decision in such matters is final.
Cricket betting on bdkk is subject to the general fair play rules in Section 7 as well as the specific rules set out here. All cricket markets on bdkk are settled based on official match results as reported by the relevant governing body.
Placing bets based on insider information or in coordination with players, officials or others involved in a match is illegal and will result in permanent account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach, any balance held in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard verification checks.

bdkk provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and reliability, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. bdkk's liability to any player is limited to the real-money balance held in that player's account at the time of any incident.
